It gives CBZ clients unprecedented control and security over their transactions by letting them decide how, where and when to transact, e.g. at home, from the farm, at church, at college, at the marketplace, from the Diaspora or on the go. With CBZ Touch you can do so much more anytime, anywhere;
• View your account balances for your personal and loan accounts
• Mini Statement requests
• Transfers to Wallet accounts from CBZ Bank platforms – the ability to transfer funds to other Wallet accounts such as Telecash.
• Life and Short term Insurance Policy quotations
• Integrated CBZ Life services – clients can now apply for funeral and educational policies, pay for them and apply for short term insurance policies.
• Online School Fees payments
• Online Tertiary fees payments
• Online blocking and unblocking of ATM Debit cards
• Online account opening for e-Wallets – non account holders will be able to apply for Wallet accounts through their mobile phones.
• Online account opening by CBZ Bank Agents – it brings the capability of opening accounts through appointed Agents or mobile CBZ officials.
• Funds Transfer, CBZ to CBZ accounts, transfers to other banks and International Transfers.
• Online Card Replacement request facility.
• Cash IN facility for e-Wallet account holders
• Cash Out facility for e-Wallet account holders.
